What we'll ask
This agreement is between TLG Techfit Pvt Ltd (operating as Alpha Coach) and the individual applying through the Sales Partner Application Form ("the Partner"). It comes into effect once Alpha Coach approves the application and emails the Partner their unique coupon code and AC Pro access code.
The Partner will recommend and sell Alpha Coach subscriptions using their unique coupon code. There are no minimum sales targets and no required channels — the Partner can sell in any way they prefer, including social media, messaging apps, in-person recommendations, workshops, or direct outreach.
Alpha Coach does not require the Partner to publish any specific content. Sales are tracked solely through coupon code usage at checkout.
The Partner earns commission on the first purchase of an Alpha Coach subscription made by a customer using their coupon code. Renewals and repeat purchases by the same customer are not commissioned.
Commission is paid as a percentage of Net Sales, on a tiered basis that builds up across the lifetime of the partnership:
Once the Partner crosses a tier, they stay at that tier for all sales after. The cumulative count does not reset — including across calendar months or financial years.
Each Partner code also gives the buyer a 15% discount on their first purchase at checkout.
On approval, the Partner receives a separate coupon code that unlocks 1 (one) year of Alpha Coach Pro (annual tier) at no cost. Access starts on the date of approval and runs for 12 calendar months.
Once granted, AC Pro access stays with the Partner for the full year, even if this partnership ends earlier.
Net Sales means the revenue Alpha Coach actually receives, after subtracting refunds, cancellations, GST, and payment gateway charges.
The Partner's own purchases made through their own coupon code do not count as a sale and are not commissioned.
Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, and any sales reversed for any reason are excluded from commission calculations.
Alpha Coach reconciles commissions monthly and pays out within 14 days of month-end to the UPI ID provided by the Partner. The minimum payout threshold is ₹1,000 — if a Partner earns less in a given month, the amount carries forward to the next cycle.
Alpha Coach will share a monthly statement showing all attributed sales and commission payable.
The Partner agrees to the following while promoting Alpha Coach:
Alpha Coach grants the Partner a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Alpha Coach name, logo, and official marketing materials only for the purpose of selling Alpha Coach subscriptions under this agreement. The Partner may not modify or misrepresent the brand assets. Alpha Coach can revoke this licence at any time with written notice.
While this partnership is active and for 30 days after it ends, the Partner agrees not to take paid sales or referral arrangements with Cult.fit, HealthifyMe, FITTR, GOQii, or MyFitnessPal. There are no other exclusivity restrictions — the Partner is free to maintain other brand relationships in unrelated categories.
Either side can end this partnership at any time by written notice over email. Commissions earned up to the termination date will be paid as per Clause 6. Alpha Coach may withhold pending commissions if the Partner has breached Clause 7.
If no sales come through the Partner's coupon code for 90 consecutive days, the partnership ends automatically. The Partner can reapply anytime.
Ending the partnership does not affect AC Pro access granted under Clause 4 — that continues for the full year.
Any discrepancies in the monthly statement must be raised within 30 days of the statement being sent. Sales attribution is determined by Alpha Coach's tracking systems. Alpha Coach will share the supporting data on request if there's a dispute.
The Partner works with Alpha Coach as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, or formal partnership relationship. The Partner is responsible for raising GST-compliant invoices where applicable, and all payouts are subject to TDS deductions as per Indian law.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Mumbai.

The submission, along with Alpha Coach's confirmation email assigning the coupon code and AC Pro code, forms a binding agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000. No physical signature is required.
